Returns Policy

At LouLou Ceramics, every piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our ceramics, slight variations in colour, glaze and shape are part of what makes each item unique.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.

Shipping & Packaging Policy

All LouLou Ceramics pieces are carefully packaged by hand to help ensure they arrive safely and beautifully to your door.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked Second Class delivery at a flat rate of £5.25 per order within the UK for medium items such as mugs, handleless mugs and Tumblers and a flat rate of £2.95 per order within the UK for small items such as trinket dishes.

We take great care when packaging each item and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

As a small handmade business, we also try to be mindful of our environmental impact by using environmentally friendly, renewable, recycled and reusable packaging materials. This may include recycled boxes, paper packaging and biodegradable protective materials.

Although every effort is made to package items securely, if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
